It's difficult not to park in a garage that's convenient - but I'm having quite the battle with Penn. I used their garage for about 2 months when I worked temporarily in a building nearby and when I left, I physically walked into the office and paid the manager my full bill with my credit card. Zero balance. About 4 months later I start getting bills. I call them and they tell me they got a new billing system that generated this bill and unless I can prove I don't owe it, I do. Crazy. I'm still getting bills. I told them I'm not going to pay it. Strange. How do you prove you didn't park somewhere???
