Had a huge problem with customized sat dish install... Local satcom company pre-wired detached garage/home gym... Distance of Dish to garage is over 300 feet... By the time I was ready to install tv in our gym... local satcom company was out of business... Prewiring was 500 Hard Coax.. This stuff is huge... 1/2" thick with solid aluminum sheilding... Dishnetwork and Direct TV techs were clueless... I found 3 star on the net and called them... Al was fantastic and had everything I needed to solve my problem... I traveled 2 hours and Al had all the specialized connectors and even took the time to show me exactly how to install them... Cant begin thank him enough !!!! DirectTV tech said a 300 ft+ run would never work... It worked alright and with a 99% signal strenth... He was blown away!!! All thanks to Al and 3 Stars Superb Customer Service!!!
