5 Star Auto Glass

I had an object fly into my windshield on the highway and experienced a cracked windshield for the first time. I called around to several windshield repair places in the northern Virginia area, searched the Google and Yelp reviews, and found 5 Star Auto Glass to be most helpful. As soon as I called the number, Brian picked up promptly, I explained my situation and Brian spent the time to review all the details, answering all my questions, giving me a very reasonable price quote and got me in for the repair the day I called! Brian was a pleasure to work with in person, just as he was on the phone. He showed up EARLY to repair the windshield, explained the process to me, and did the work in a timely manner. Because I wasn't going anywhere after the repair was done, he even took the extra time to meticulously perfect his work, which demonstrated to me that he really cared about quality of the repair he provides. Few weeks later, I unfortunately got a tiny little crack from a small stone that flew at my car on the highway. I called Brian and again, he came the day I called and fixed it up. Given I had this happen so close to the replacement of the windshield, he did this for me free of charge out of the kindness of his heart! The crack is barely noticeable now and he told me to call if there's any other issues. I saw the reviews and didn't hesitate to call 5 Star Auto Glass. And the other folks were right -- 5 Star was exactly that - 5 stars. Their price was more than $100 less than the Safelite quote to replace my Honda Odyssey windshield. Brian was awesome - punctual, communicative, and professional. So glad I shopped around!
