Tech was sent out by home warranty company to fix an ice maker that had not worked since we moved in. Appointment setting was prompt and easy. They were able to accommodate my schedule and request for a call ahead of time. Tech was courteous, cleaning his feet, etc. And replaced the ice maker in less than 30 minutes. Professional and pleasant.
