Access Eye

I purchased two sets of lens from this establishment (brought my own frames) this evening and the customer service was so exceptional that I’m writing this review while the ladies are finishing up my order. If you don’t want someone that is overbearing or saleman-like, then see Adela. She was so personable, so knowledgeable about all the new technology, and just a pleasure to speak with. I explained I had some carryover money from my 2017 FSA, but she didn’t push me to Spend more than I intended. While there, I could hear an employee working with another customer, I believe her name is Taneisha. She was just so courteous and pleasant as well. Finally, the lady behind the front desk (Liz??) was also pleasant as she was able to print an itemized statement for me so I can submit an FSA reimbursement. Today is the deadline. They were closing soon and I knew it was a minor inconvience. It literally took her 2-3 minutes to type everything up. On my way out the door, everyone stopped what they were doing to say goodbye. Overall, great experience and I will be back for my annual exams and other needs.
