ACE Cash Express

We have done business with this company and have always appreciated Edith. She is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. However, she has gone on to a different job and Ace has replaced her with a woman named, Liz. We arrived at 9:30am and upon entering the store, was greeted by Liz. From that point on, it went downhill. While helping us, another customer came in and she left us to help him. We thought she was greeting him and letting him know she would be with him as soon as she was finished with us. We could not have been more wrong. She spent the next ten minutes with him and even disappearing to the back twice before she came back to us. We let her know we did not appreciate that and her response was a shrug of the shoulders and the words, "I didn't think it would take that long." We did NOT get an apology and until our business was complete we heard her state two more excuses. We will NEVER do business with this store again.
