Afghan Bistro

I have never had Afghan food but I am always up for new challenges. This place is great, it’s small but it has a romantic setting, and the staff are very friendly. I am not sure if Moe is the owner or the manager but he’s very attentive and caring. The staff are the same , friendly and attentive. The food is amazing if you like exotic food. All of their lamb dishes are tender and delicious. All of their dessert are delicious also. I am only in Va for three weeks and I’ve been to this place 5 times. Great food and Great people. Definitely worth checking out!

Alright foodies, this is a must try spot! Phenomenal food, I can’t even begin to describe how delicious it all was. Don’t let the strip mall setting fool you, once you’re inside you feel like your in a nice, fancy, cozy restaurant. Service is amazing. The food was so good, I was completely caught off guard by the inexpensive prices. I would gladly have paid more, yes it was that good. From the bread with four different dipping sauces , to the delicious eggplant appetizer, to the scrumptious spicy lamb stew and saffron chicken. It’s small, I didn’t mind that at all, that being said make a reservation like everyone else suggest. You can’t expect to walk in and just have a table at a joint like this.
