If I could give this shop a 0, then I would. I called at 9am and asked if she took walk ins? I told her that I only needed the bottom row of my braids done (near my neckline). She told me to come in at 2pm. When I got there, I began speaking and she held up a finger as she continued her conversation on the phone. She was braiding someone’s hair, and had another one waiting on the couch. As she noticed me getting agitated, she finally asked how she could help me. I told her that I had a 2:00 appt for a touch up. She asked me to come over to her and show her what I needed done. I did. She then turned to me and said, I forgot to write your name down I can’t do it. I guess THIS MONEY HUNGRY WOMAN noticed that she wouldn’t make much money off of my retouch, since it only included serving about 8 braids. I expressed to her that I had planned my whole day around this, and that this was unacceptable! I asked her what time she thought she would be done?! This crazy lady replied, “You see two here. I don’t know. Maybe get somebody else to do it.” What a pathetic, unprofessional, rude, and UNACCEPTABLE response!!! No one who value customers would respond this way. IF YOU WANT QUALITY HAIR CARE......RUNNNNN!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
