This has literally been the most frustrating experience I have ever endeared while moving and I tend to be a pretty understanding person.
But how can you tell me that we are SECOND on the list so we should be taken care of by 1200.. Only for us to call at 1400 wondering what’s going on just to find out our driver got sick and we are now considered “hanger”, meaning they will get to us when they do.. To calling at 1545 saying they will be here in 35 minutes.. And nobody has shown up and it’s been over an hour.
I should have just sucked it up and put my pregnancy leggings on and done all the lifting myself and a U-Haul because this has been the worst service I’ve ever had.. And all we are asking them to move is two beds, bed frame, a coffee table, and a couch.
I do not write reviews EVER but I do NOT recommend this moving company to anyone in Virginia. PCSing from Bahrain and Cuba was way easier than this whole waist of a day.
