On Wednesday, August 2, 2017, I had a working time schedule from 11am-12pm. Around 10:50am I called the company to confirm the appointment. I was told someone will come in within that hour. Around 12:10pm I called to verify the status and I was told I was going to get a call back. I waited 10 more minutes and I decided to call back. Another gentleman answered and he said the employee called in sick in the morning and he did not come into work. I was extremely disappointed because I am a new customer and I was expecting a better customer service. Yet, the answer I received was, I quote, "...things happened you know ". That answer expressed how they handle their customers and how much value they have on us. Customer service goes hand-in-hand with work performance because without customers you can't perform. It was obvious to me that there is a lack of attention to details. None gave me the courtesy call to inform me at all. I waisted my time! Will not recommended.
