Bought an 03 Accord EX from them in 5/07 for what seemed like a decent price (lower than comparable CarMax deals). It took them over a month to get our plates from them and as a result, the temporary tags expired. Many calls to pressure them were needed to get a result. Fast forward 11 months, and the car's transmission is shot. Their "reputation" is definitely NOT "your guarantee".
