I'm from NEW Mexico so I'm always looking for places that tastes like home. Well this place gets really close without hitting it. If you ever eat with someone from NM you should ask what part, North or South because there's two different food groups. Anita's is Northern cooking meaning it doesn't have spice even though most of the dishes include red or green chile so don't worry there. I tried both red and green chile dishes and they were very flavorful. I didn't like the rice though. It was very tomato flavored and didn't seem cooked. Overall I'd go there if I'm too lazy to cook home food but want something good.
