I took my friends 8 year old son there and the experience was horrible! Once we were seated, we waited 30 minutes before any server came to our table (after 20 minutes I got up and inquired from the host, who said he would send someone right away- 10 min later, we finally got a server). BTW: it was not busy at all! and 4 different servers kept passing our table and did not even look at us. We ordered our food, appetizer, and drinks all at once. The child I was with ordered a milkshake to drink, which was told to us that it would be "right up" every 5 minutes, for a total of 4 different times. After our appetizer had been served and eaten, the milkshake still was not brought to the table- It was finally brought 20 minutes after it was ordered. When we received our food, I ordered a steak, medium well. It arrived to me uncooked. We were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER return !!
