Applebee's

Worst Applebees experience ever from a fan of the chain. Restaurant was dirty trash and food all over the floor. Wanted the 12oz steak was informed they were out. Ask if they could just give me 2 of the 6oz steak and they said no that was not possible. Salads came with the entree, and the salad was warm and soggy. Ordered the shrimp and steak and the shrimp were bearly warm and maybe a tad under done. Never seen a manager, didn't ask to see them but every other applebees I've been to they come around and make sure everything was okay.
