Mike was really helpful to me. My ice maker stopped working, I googled how to fix it, watched several Youtube videos, made some notes and started working. After troubleshooting for an hour, I called Appliance Connection to see if they had my part. I also asked for some advice on what was wrong. Mike is very knowledgeable and told me to try pouring a cup of water into the cube tray part, as water was coming out the water outlet, so it had water and the filter wasn't clogged. Tried it once, didn't work. Tried it again the next day, and after waiting overnight, it was cranking nice, cold, beautiful ice! Seems as though a piece of ice was clogging or jamming something. Love that cold ice when it's 90 degrees outside! Great service.
