I had a metal zipper replace and was told that the replacement would be similiar to its original zipper. Well, they replaced my zipper with a cheap plastic zipper that broke before leaving the store! Good thing is that they're going to repair it this time with an actual metal zipper. Picking it up tomorrow, and I'll update my post with what i hope is better news!!
