Worst experience I've EVER had with making purchases. Sales person (Maurice) ensured that we would have bed frame delivered on Wednesday of the week I purchased. Come to find out the day before delivery that it would actually be Friday delivery. Then on Friday, bed frame is delivered and setup but somehow is missing slats, making the bed completely useless. Get on the phone with customer support (Nicole), they tell us that it wouldn't be fixed until next Friday when they came to my area again or I could drive two hours away to pick up something they failed to delivery. No attempt to do anything else or even showing remorse. When I worked retail and an error like this occurred, my manager would go fix the matter personally by taking slats to the customer, discounting services, or something. They would not just say 'oops, well you can wait a week.' So my child's bed would not be usable for an entire week and would just sit there. Also told us that they would call or email within the day. Did not receive email or call back. I called the store the following Monday and wanted to speak with manager. Was told the manager was in a meeting and that would call me back as soon as they were done. After sometime and no call, I called back and was hung up on. I call back again and was then told the manager was with a customer and told the person on the phone to tell me to call customer care tomorrow. I waited and called customer care the next day and they tell me I will get the slats on Friday. Zero compensation, zero anything. Utterly frustrating and completely managed horribly. I will never be using this terrible company again. Looking forward to Friday so I will never have to deal with them again.

Please take my advice and do not purchase any furniture from them. I thought I’d wait a few weeks to see if my anger would subside, but I’m still angry with their customer service department. I called to get a new couch once mine had a whole in the arm and they immediately said they would send a new one. However, I noticed the new delivery order had a loveseat and not couch and when I called to advise them they then told me it would take 2 weeks to replace and I that wouldn’t get a new couch. I had to actually wait 3 weeks for the part to come in the mail and then wait for a technician to come. It was the absolute worst process. I called everyday day and the supervisors lied each day. I was going back to get the additional piece to my bedroom set, but I’d rather have mis matched furniture than to give them another dime.
