We are very upset over the past two experiences we have had with this store, customer service and their delivery people. We previously purchased a mattress and box springs and when they delivered them the mattress had two holes in it. I had to refuse delivery. Had to wait for them to bring another mattress out which should not have taken two weeks but it did. We then had to return the box springs because one of the boards were broke. We decided to give them another chance and bought a kitchen table and dining room table from them. When they delivered the tables the dining room table had been scratched and someone took a sharpie and tried to color the scratch in. Luckily we saw it and refused delivery on that. It is now going on two weeks and guess what? NO NEW TABLE! NOT EVEN A CALL. NOTHING. Belinda our sales lady who was super has been trying to help but no one from customer service has called to set up delivery of a new table. No one has called to ask about anything. They have in their "system" that someone called and spoken to one of us but nope that hasn't happened. My husband nor myself have talked to anyone about this other then our sales associate. If this is how they treat their customers I would advise anyone to go somewhere else. This is not how i expect to be treated after spending my money on nice furniture. I know i deserve better.
