If only I could give less than one star, I would. I warn anyone looking to rent from Atlantic Beacon. The company does not care about the health and safety of their tenants. The staff was very nice and helpful in the beginning. After I moved in their attitude changed, they became rude and nasty. I would submit my maintenance requests and would go unanswered for 3 to 6 months with out repair. I had a non working kitchen sink, it took them 2 months to fix it. I had to use a bucket to wash my dishes, until they finally came to fixed it. I have reported when I moved there, they were roaches on the premises, no one never came to extreminate them. I have been here for years and have to use my own money to try to treat the problem. I have a leak under my kitchen sink for over 6 months they still haven't fixed it, now there's mold. I have laundry list of repairs that, has been gone unrepaired for years. I hope this helps anyone, who is contemplating renting through them.
