Accompanied my spouse for a 09:30 appointment. After being ushered into a treatment room & having an x-ray taken we waited behind a closed door for over 50 minutes before the doctor (Rayno) saw my wife. I can understand "running late." What I find inexcusable is that no one, repeat no one on their staff had the courtesy to duck their head in to say they were running behind. Nor did the doctor acknowledge the delay when he finally showed up. I wonder how Atlantic Foot & Angle would handle the situation if we were to show up 50 minutes late for an appointment and expect to be seen by a doctor? The Atlantic Group has treated most of my family over the years for numerous orthopedic issues. However, our experiences during the last few (months including today's) is fast leading me to the conclusion that the Atlantic Group is becoming more of an Orthopedic "Chop Shop" of surgeons.
