I had made a major purchase of new A/V equipment, and needed help...so, I called and spoke to Raymond. He was great, took his time
to explain the process and assured me he could have a tech
take care of it...Shortly thereafter, Keith the tech came by and did a major
install. This would have taken me days....but in just under and hour or so
I was good to go......Keith took the time to write everything down for me
since this was a major overhaul, and there is a learning curve for me.
So, here's the deal....rather it's just a small tv install or a major overhaul;
