If I could I would definitely give a ZERO.
there was not much of people in the place and there were three standing servers who were talking to each other. We went there and sat for like 20 minutes while I was watching them and no one tried to come over and pass around the menu!!!! I had to walk to them and ask for a menu. they never came to our table and asked "If everything is OK or not?" my hookah was out of charcoal and I told them about four times but no one even tried to bring me one. Horrible service, I wonder if there was any manager presented at the place or servers were running the place themselves. Lastly, there was 18% gratuity on my check which made me to think 18% for a terrible service isn't that bad!!!! Will not go there anymore. Thanks to the management and their servers for the worst customer service ever. waste of money and time.
