Fantastic Customer Service!!! If you want high quality balloons with great customer service, this is the place. I recently traveled out of state for work, meaning I’d miss my nephew’s 8th birthday. He is the love of my life and was really upset that I wouldn’t be there to celebrate his big day. I decided to surprise him with balloons. Nonetheless, I failed to check with his school for delivery policies. The school declined the balloons. I didn’t realize this until very late in the day. I was devastated. I was able to get in touch with the company and they went out of their way after business hours and got the balloons to him later that evening-allowing him to receive his surprise on his birthday. He was elated and I was very-well pleased. In today’s fast-paced, highly-commercialized world, we need more businesses who still strive to take great care of their customers-just as BalloonsToGo did for me and my family!!!
