Banfield Pet Hospital

My pet got a shot and the vet pushed the needle in so hard it came out the other side of her skin. Too busy yapping to the tech she didn't even notice. So she depressed the plunger and the vaccine shot all over my dogs face. I freaked out and told her while she was still injecting. My dog jumped up when it got around her eye, and the needle ripped out. I went off about paying attention and how she could hurt her if it got in her eyes. I was told it's ok and nothing will happen. She was so confident in her answer that my pet was not in danger, so confident it was almost like it happened before. In the end I had to ask for paper towels to wipe up my dog. She was to busy getting the table. Are you kidding me? Table verse my pet...hmmmm. Yea table is the priority. And don't bother to complain, it falls on deaf ears. Horrible service
