Banfield Pet Hospital

Vicky was extremely rude and very unprofessional and while I was confronting her about a situation, Dr. Kelly asked why i even come to Greenbrier Banfield. As a customer, i should never feel uncomfortable and talked down to. I completely understand now why this business only has 2.5 stars across the board. Very unsatisfied.
