Last time I went here I waited over an hour and a half for a temporary debit card. The manager condescendingly told me that there was nothing he could do, but when I was finally helped it was at the front by another manager and did not require the long wait time he insisted was normal. Two other people left before being seen, and one was so mad on my behalf she laid into the manager. To rescue his ego, he talked to me like a child and offered me a non-apology. Other trips here where I just needed to get help from a teller resulted in 10-15 minute wait times.
Bonus thoughts: made to listen to him loudly bully a retired woman into getting another credit card, who was so frustrated by him that she almost cried. Don't go here if you want good service, privacy or even basic respect. Even the other manager seemed to hate this guy's guts. Please, save yourself a headache and go to another branch.
