The worst Ford Dealership in VA! Nasty customer service, and the female car service rep was just terrible....this is a car dealership and customers are treated with terrible customer service. Why is this dealership even in Suffolk??? I went all the way to cavalier Ford in greenbriar and was treated kindly, and customer service was the best! I am tottaly ashamed of Barton Ford.....they have that terrible small town attitude!! Will let everyone know to stay away from this dealership....

I had a recall on my Ford 2013 edge and I took it in to get fixed. When I picked up my car I had the great pleasure of getting service from Mrs.Ashley. she was super polite and even took time out of her day to help me figure out why my car had a "mykey" setting. She did above and beyond for me! I'm so thankful for the people that work at Barton ford!
