This was bank had absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I came in to handle some VERY SIMPLE business and the teller became very rude when I respectfully questioned her information. Once I asked for the manager, she told me that she would tell me the same thing. I asked for the corporate number and she said "she doesn't know it" and didn't know where I could find it. Once I demanded the number again she then pointed me over to the manager who in turn, did not offer me the corporate number nor did she even invite me into her office to discuss any issues or complaints I might have. I told her I would just take my business else where and the manager stated "well they wont do it either". Needless to say, I carried my business down the street to Bank of America and they were able to finish the transaction that I needed.............without hesitation.
I did, call the corporate office to file a formal complaint but that's after I "Googled" the number myself. I called back to the same branch and asked for names of the teller and the manager, and the corporate office number again once I left and they gave me another local number to call. Which, might i add, was a COMPLETELY different number then the actual corporate office that was needed to file a complaint.
