Beacon Hill Apartments

Awful! Lived here for three years, would not recommend. The staff is extremely unhelpful and utilities are frequently out of service. Last year my block needed A/C repairs and we didn't have A/C for three months, from May to July. Our apartment temperature was 90 degrees some days! Called weekly and received no service for the duration. Received no compensation. This year my block lost our hot water for almost a month. I called the office when I heard hissing from my water closet, but they only informed me that general repairs were being done. That night at 12:30 AM a repair man woke us up because the water closet was leaking into the apartment below. Tracked in dirt, left a pipe and a piece of his equipment in our apartment - extremely unprofessional. We later had to be evacuated from our building for nearly an entire day after the construction company hit a gas pipe while attempting to repair the hot water. Received no compensation, rent was RAISED by over $150.
