The environment is very welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the gear is top notch. The current members of the gym are embracing of new members and drop ins are always welcomed with open arms. They are very LEO/MIL/First Responder friendly and the prices are the best in Norfolk. If you’re just moving into the area or are just looking for a new gym this should be your first stop.

I have been a member for 9 months and have been impressed with results. Great coaching staff and remarkable owners. Facility is clean and well maintained. Awesome atmosphere and family friendly!!!
