I called with some questions about paint colors and looking for some feedback. I was heading to the store that night, but thought I might get there close to their closing time so was hoping to have my questions answered over the phone so I wouldn't delay them that night from closing on time. I've always heard great things about Benjamin Moore paint so I was excited about trying it. The woman on the phone acted so annoyed and short with me. She answered my questions, but with a rude and condescending attitude that made me actually feel really uncomfortable for even asking. Painting your house is a big undertaking, and I was just looking for guidance. I was extremely disappointed with her customer service so as a test, I called Sherwin Williams and asked the same questions to see how they responded. 100% different phone call- he was patient, thorough, and kind. Even though I have read such good things about the Benjamin Moore paint, after a customer service experience like that I am absolutely taking my business to Sherwin Williams. Really disappointing first experience with them.
