Gave my drivers license to the cashier to verify my Best Buy account. She dropped it, accidently kicked it, and thus split it in half. I talked to the manager, and he laughed at me, stating that it wasn't possible, even after the cashier apologized numerous times for causing the damage. Wouldn't give me a discount for the purchase or offer to help defer the replacement cost. Quality customer service, Best Buy...NOT AT ALL!!!
