I came into the training with a very basic technical background. The instructor (Amanda) I found very easy to understand. She presented a large amount of information into a very organized and easy to follow format. I can say with certainty that I would not have been able to pass the ITIL Certification without this training. I would not hesitate to recommend Beyond20 to anyone looking for technical training.

Great course. Instructor Andy was excellent--very informative, explained concepts & answered questions clearly. You can tell he enjoyed teaching it. Interactive activities were fun & helpful. Manual had multiple ways to take in information--including mind-mapping and notes on each section. This was my 1st experience with Beyond20, and I highly recommend! If I want to & can AFFORD to go further in the future lol (prices for the intermediate levels are out of my range for my purposes), I'll choose them for the training.
