Why oh why do furnaces and air conditioners always breakdown at the worst time? It’s really cold or hot and on a weekend or holiday. Mine recently broke down on the first cold spell of the season. I called on Saturday before noon and Paul returned my call in the afternoon and stated he would be out later in the day. He made the visit, did some work to get heat and made plans to return the next day with a needed part. He did return the next day complete the work and to complete the work.

Paul was very helpful in explaining how to care for our new-to-us water furnace. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use again!
