My experience selecting my new 2018 BMW (my second one) in January 2018 with the assistance and advice of Paul Blakeman at BMW of Alexandria was fantastic. From the very first e-mail contact, and throughout the entire process, he was always very responsive, professional, transparent, and pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I was also very impressed by the very knowledgeable BMW Genius, Mr. Michael Wilbert, who explained to me everything about my new vehicle and also assisted me a couple of weeks later when I returned to pick up the tags and ensured that my vehicle got hand washed.
