Bodyworks Downtown Athletic Club

Mr. Wayne and the Bodyworks crew have been very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I enjoy the great yoga classes there and my kids enjoy yoga with Ashleigh. I especially was touched with Wayne’s assistance and warmth with my daughter who has special needs. Thanks Bodyworks!

Great gym for folks local to downtown. The owner, Wayne, is there nearly daily and greets people by name. Group instructors are personable and good at motivating you. Personal training is available.
