Bon Secours In Motion at Norfolk Fitness & Wellness Center

I had knee surgery back in June and I've been seeing Alex for a few weeks. She has been phenomenal! I've been very nervous about getting back into my normal workouts but she has made it very easy with baby steps. I've improved so much over the few weeks. And this location just received a face lift! Shout out to Celia too! Great staff with a great facility. I would recommend them to anyone!
