Wow! The Bone rivaled, and dare I say, BLEW AWAY Red, Hot and Blue (one of my favorite BBQ restaurants). The brisket was EXCEPTIONAL and sides were unreal. The atmosphere is low key with a strong desire by the staff to make sure you love your food and have everything you need to enjoy your meal. The is a MUST for BBQ lovers!
