The associates are very helpful and they have great promotions and deals. Product is excellent quality.

Walked in the store today to purchase my husband items for his birthday (he loves Hugo Boss). I was there 2-4 minutes and was not greeted or even acknowledged. I walked around and even found items I wanted to purchase and I still was not even spoken to. I was the ONLY person in the store. The sales associate was at the register looking down the entire time I was in the store. He was not on the phone nor assisting other customers (remember I was the ONLY person in the store). I walked out after realizing my business was not welcomed. I will never walk in another Hugo Boss Factory Store as the service is NOT the same as the Hugo Boss brand. I am severely disappointed and offended.
