Brx American Bistro

I'm a fan, and I've been a patron several times. The recipes are well conceived and the plates are reliably prepared. The atmosphere is elegant AND comfortable, which is not an easy combination to achieve. It's neat to see the owner is not holed-up in the office counting the money, rather he's mingling and attending to guests.
