Not good. Disappointed that they stopped making balloons 20 minutes early. She cut the line off and said no more. She continued to make more so we tried again and said no. Said she had another event in Virginia Beach. At best(from Williamsburg) they would have gotten to Va Beach 8:30-9 pm. What kid has an event that late? She also tried justifying it by saying they got there 30 minutes before the event even started. It was a small school. No one really shows up early to those. Or maybe she was setting up? Idk. Either way, honor the time you committed to or give a notice, do a better job of scheduling "back to back" events, don't make eacuses and don't disappoint kids.
