LOOK VERY HARD AT YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER.
Arrived at the counter to pickup prepaid reservation, Customer Service Rep was constantly trying to upgrade me to a larger vehicle, add-on insurance and other features not asked for. Received Rental agreement and noticed she added on XM Radio for a cost of $30/week. Called 800 number and they told me the best they could do is credit back half even though I didn't ask for it or use it. I guess it depends on the location, but this Budget location is awful.
