Budget Car Rental

Had a reservation at 8am, the car wasn't there until 830 and was dirty on the inside. Poor customer service, front desk was not very knowledgeable or professional. The experience was a huge hassle and they could not honor my original reservation price. Ended up paying $225 for a $50 estimate. This is the last time I will be renting with budget.

Horrible customer service the rental I received was DIRTY!!!!!!!! Stay away from this location go to the other budget located in va Beach if you need to , this would be my LASTTT resort! I drove the Ford Escape all white STAINS alll over the car !

This is the WORST experience ever. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my reservation and was charged pretty much the full price for the car. It's apart of there policy and procedures. Then they wanted a Full explanation on why i can't get the car. For what it's not there business... UGH!!
