Fairfax, please upgrade your staff. Service here is horrible. I've given up trying to go to this location. I've settled for Buffalo Wing Factory in Greenbriar shopping center. I'm amazed that this location can't get it together. I literally walked in there today to two hostesses looking at us like they were upset we came in and to circle us around the restaurant for a table when the place was pretty much empty. We literally just left without being sat at a table because of the ignorance. Going to Buffalo Wing Factory.
