It is fairly typical to get poor service at fast food restaurants; I've come to expect it. However, the customer service I received at this particular burger king was what I would expect at a 5 star restaurant. I interacted with the manager (Tracy) and the guy working the cash register. Both were friendly, courteous, and professional. After I made a mistake with the order, Tracy went out of her way to try to rectify MY mistake. Even though I insisted she need not do that because it was all my fault, she still managed to make it better. Anyhow, I just want to say thank you to Tracy and her staff for their premium customer service. Also, the food was very good.
