We were there for almost a week and had no issues UNTIL my bracelet mysteriously disappeared. I know where I placed it and I know it was there. The front desk didn't seem concerned and the hotel management was even worse! I was promised I would get a call back, and of course that has yet to happen. They treated me like a second class citizen and in a round about way called me a liar and dismissed me like this was a case of someone who wanted a free handout. I don't need a handout. What I need is for them to treat me like a person instead of a number. I have tried corporate, but to no avail so here is my next step. The customer service from IHG seems at first to want to resolve things, but they just pass the buck to the next person and send you on a wild goose chase. Don't be fooled into thinking they care about you or your stay. They don't. They are just like every other place and their main concern is the bottom dollar. You are supposed to feel safe and secure and as they say "where you'll always feel like home", I hate to tell them that this is nothing like at home. Someone went into my room and now my bracelet is gone. Fess up already, stop covering and take some accountability. If I cannot get some sort of resolution I will warn everyone on review sites and social media to watch out for this place. Don't bring anything you value.
