My mother was referred to Dr. Campbell.
During the first visit she scared the fool out of my 87 yr old mama and myself. Dr Campbell had us schedule an Ecocardiogram, and EKG in her office. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong!
Fast forward 30 days, and my mother needs cardiac clearence to blow up a couple of kidney stones, and she refused to fill out the paperwork, until she scheduled an appointment, which they didn't have available for a month. I called to inquire as to why, and I was told 'that's what the doctor wanted', I inquired if this was more about insurance billing than anything else and Michele, immediately said "You have a nice day" and hung up on me.
The office was run down looking, cluttered with patient files, entered nothing into the computer and everyone seems confused and a little scared of the doctor.
