I am happy with my purchase from CarMax. Fast delivery, but my vehicle was damaged in transit.my salesman did not provide me with an accurate quote for the vehicle either. When I showed up for the appointment to view the car he was double booked on appointments. Turned out to be a bad experience. However, CarMax honored their word and had the bumper repaired, and the back office staff were very friendly. For this I rate the experience 3 of 5 stars. Just be mindful of who you select to finalize your purchase!
