The lady who called her self manager was rude. She didn’t solve my issue, because of her staff person I have to pay double than I suppose to pay. I went to the store she called customer service and gave that phone so I can talk, if I have to talk with customer service than why should I was there, I wish I could give them minus or none star. She was not even guilty that her staff did the mistake. Instead of resolving my issue she was more aggressive and looks more irritated with me. I will never go to that store and T-Mobile
