On my 2nd lease here; no problems or issues. Whenever I had any maintenance issues, they came quick and made their repairs. I am thoroughly satisfied in my unit. The exercise equipment in the pool house is thoroughly sufficient to get a very good workout, and the pool is large and nice. I have no complaints.
